Photographer Description

General Comments
Maurizio Melozzi was born (and here lives) in Trieste (Italy) in 1964 , photographer interested mainly in portraits, he works for the fashion world.

The base of his work is between Milan and Florence, and everywhere where the assigment calls him.

He realised important pictures for domestic and international advertising campaign in the fashion system. He signed some reportage for society events of the jet set life.

In January 2004 he started with a personal exhibition itinerant about a reportage titled ”The Habana people” , supported by Emergency foundation to pick up assistance for the Tsounamy people.

In his imaginary , he prefers black and white pictures with strong contrast, to arriving at the essential of the image communication.

Many of his pictures , editorials and adv press campaign has been published on GQ , GLAMOUR, MARIE CLAIRE, PANORAMA , AMICA, VELVET, JACKIE, COSMOPOLITAN , SIN ELITE, FLAIR , ELLE , VOGUE (RUSSIA), L'0FFICIEL (RUSSIA), IN STYLE (RUSSIA), HARPER'S BAAZAR.
